My applets won't load or start. What do I do?

Make sure you have the latest Java downloaded on your computer. You can check here. Also, turn your ad and pop-up blockers off.

I have registered but my password doesn't work.

This is probably because you registered more than once. For security reasons, when a person registers a second time, the system resets the password and sends it again. So if you have registered, and your password hasn't arrived, please wait a few minutes and don't register again. It sometimes takes a couple of minutes for you to receive your password. When the password comes through it should work. If it doesn't, please contact me.

I want to email players in my game.

There is a messaging facility within open games. So open up your game and look in menu. It works really well.

I don't want to receive your newsletters.

Go to your account and un-tick the "newsletter" box at the bottom.
